Birthday Parties:

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your party agreement.

Classes and Events:

• Refunds and credits are handled according to the individual event policy.

No refunds will be issued for missed reservations unless required by law.

 

7. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult unless participating in a supervised drop-off program specifically offered by Little Villages Play Café.

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• Supervising their children.

• Following posted play rules.

• Ensuring children use equipment safely.

• Informing staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs that may affect participation.

 

8. Health & Safety

To help maintain a safe environment:

Please do not visit if you or your child:

• Has a fever.

• Has vomited within the past 24 hours.

• Has diarrhea.

• Has a contagious illness.

• Has symptoms of a communicable disease.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears ill.

 

9. Assumption of Risk

Indoor playground activities involve inherent risks.

By visiting Little Villages Play Café, you voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with children's play activities.

Parents and guardians accept responsibility for supervising their children during participation.

 

10. Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse, negligence, or vandalism.

 

11. Photography & Social Media

From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during events or activities for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish for your child to appear in photographs, please notify us in writing before your visit.
