Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Our program is highly sought after; therefore, spots are reserved on a first come first serve basis. If you cancel 24 hours in advance your account will be refunded. If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance but your spot is filled by someone on the waitlist, you will not be charged for your booking. All other cancellations will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
